Which sources does the rent check use?

Address, construction year and floor area come from the BAG held by the Kadaster, the energy label from EP-Online and the WOZ value from the WOZ valuation portal. Only the WOZ value carries a reference date; the energy label shows how long it stays valid, and the retrieved details show the date we consulted the source. If a source finds nothing, you enter or adjust the value yourself.

What happens to my data?

The properties you save live in your own browser storage, not on our servers. You clear them through your browser settings, under site or website data. Your postcode and house number go to the public sources we consult: PDOK (address and cadastral data) and the Kadaster WOZ desk, and where configured through our own server, which then queries those sources for you.

After that you walk through indoor spaces, outdoor spaces and special features step by step. Once you are signed in, the outcome is kept with the property in your portfolio, in your own browser storage.
