Verhuurhaven is a Dutch platform with practical tools for private landlords and professional property managers. The WWS rent check calculates the WWS points, rental segment and maximum basic rent for each property. New tools will also help with preparing and documenting a tenancy.

The rent check prefills available data from the BAG, EP-Online and the WOZ valuation portal, lets you review everything and asks about spaces and facilities. It then brings the WWS points, rental segment and maximum rent together in one substantiated result.
The WWS rent check applies the WWS calculation rules to factors including floor area, energy label, WOZ value and facilities. The total points determine the rental segment and whether a maximum basic rent applies. You review the source data and complete any missing property details.
