Why we are building Verhuurhaven
Since the Fixed Tenancy Agreements Act and the Affordable Rent Act, letting has become more careful work. We make the rules followable instead of intimidating.
What we do
Verhuurhaven works out per property how many WWS points there are, which rental segment that property falls into and what the maximum rent is. On top of that, the letting check points you to the steps you have to take before letting.
The points calculation follows the housing valuation system as set out in the Besluit huurprijzen woonruimte. We take address and floor-area data from the BAG, energy labels from EP-Online and WOZ values from the WOZ valuation portal.
Who it is for
For private landlords with one or a handful of properties, and for managers maintaining a portfolio. The same calculation rules, the same substantiation.
How we handle data
Your properties and points calculations live in your own browser storage, not on our servers: you keep or clear them yourself. We do not sell data and we run no advertising trackers. See the privacy policy for the details.
