Is the WWS rent check free?
Yes, the rent check is free. You do sign in to calculate and save the result.
Is the outcome legally binding?
No. The outcome is a substantiated calculation based on your input and public sources. In a dispute the Huurcommissie or the court decides.
Which sources do you use?
Address and construction year from the BAG (Kadaster), energy label from EP-Online, WOZ value from the WOZ valuation portal. Only the WOZ value carries a reference date; for the other values you see when we consulted the source.
Why does my floor area differ from the BAG?
The BAG records the usable floor area of the whole object. The WWS counts per room, and for example does not fully count space below 1.50 m in height. So measure room by room.
How often should I update the calculation?
After a renovation, a new energy label or a new WOZ decision. The WOZ value changes every year on 1 January.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your properties live in your own browser storage. You clear them through your browser settings, under site or website data. See the cookie policy and the privacy policy.
