Cookies and browser storage
Verhuurhaven places no cookies, does not measure your visit and does not advertise. We do keep a few things in your own browser, so that your properties and an unfinished rent check stay on your own device.

We place no cookies
This site sets no cookies: not for functional purposes, not for statistics and not for advertising. The consent duty covers not only cookies but anything we store on or read from your device. What we keep is strictly necessary to deliver what you asked for yourself, which needs no prior consent. That is why there is no cookie banner.
No statistics, no advertising
We use no analytics or tracking service and share no data with advertising networks. We build no profiles and do not follow you across other websites.
What we do keep in your browser
- Your saved properties, so your overview is still there when you come back.
- Your sign-in session, so you do not have to sign in again on every page.
- A WWS rent check you have not finished, so you can continue where you left off.
- Retrieved public property data, so the same search does not have to go back to the source every time.
Where that data lives
This data sits on your own device, in your browser’s local storage and database (localStorage and IndexedDB). It is not used to recognise you on other sites and does not travel to another device by itself.
The rental check is the exception: it keeps nothing on your device. Your answers and the retrieved property data stay in the tab’s memory and are gone after a reload.
Deleting the storage
You clear this data through your browser settings, under the options for site or website data. After that your local overview, your session and an unfinished rent check are gone.
If this changes
If we ever do use cookies or a measurement service, we will update this page first and ask for your consent up front where that is required.
