Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the use of Verhuurhaven and the calculation tools offered in it.

1. Definitions
"Service" is the Verhuurhaven platform, including the WWS rent check and the letting check. "User" is the natural or legal person who uses the Service.
2. Nature of the outcomes
The Service calculates an indication of the WWS points, the rental segment and the maximum rent based on data the User enters and on public sources.
The outcome is not legal advice, not a permit and not a decision. In a dispute about the rent the Huurcommissie or the court decides.
3. The User's obligations
- Enter data truthfully and as completely as possible.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or read it out automatically without permission.
- Do not share your sign-in session, and keep login details confidential once they exist.
4. Availability
We make every effort to keep the Service available, but give no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We announce maintenance where possible.
5. Liability
Liability for indirect damage, including lost rental income, is excluded. Liability for direct damage is limited to the amount the User paid in the twelve months preceding the incident, with a minimum of zero euro for free use.
6. Changes
We may change these terms. For substantial changes we publish the new version here with its effective date, at least 30 days before it takes effect.
7. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. We submit disputes to the district court of Amsterdam.
